Hand and Wrist Pain: Common Causes and Conditions

Hand and wrist pain is easy to work around, right up until it isn't. You keep gripping, typing and carrying, and the ache turns into the thing that wakes you at 2am.

Where it hurts tells us a lot. Numbness through the thumb side, pain on the little-finger side of your wrist, and pain that started with a fall are three different problems with three different plans. Pick whichever of the four below sounds closest.
