Physiotherapists
new graduates through to experienced clinicians. Curiosity about a case matters more here than a narrow specialty.
Fifteen minutes a patient, a printed exercise sheet, on to the next one. If you've worked somewhere that runs like that, you already know what it costs you: the assessment you didn't get to finish, the plan you'd have written differently with another ten minutes in the room.
Well Motion was started by someone who saw that pattern in clinic after clinic and decided not to repeat it. That's the part we'd ask you to sign up to, more than any particular technique or caseload.
Clinicians across allied health, and the people who keep the clinics running. Not every one of these has a role open on any given day.

the long middle of recovery, after the pain has settled and before someone is properly back at work or sport. Most of it is exercise prescription, chronic pain and falls prevention.
getting someone back to the task itself: dressing, driving, the job. Much of it sits in NDIS and in-home care, with hand rehabilitation close behind.
the children and adults we already see for movement often need help with communication or swallowing too. That's mostly paediatric and neurological work.
pain that has lasted months is rarely only a tissue problem. You'd work with the physiotherapist on the same patient, particularly in chronic pain and after workplace injury.
what someone eats shapes how they heal and how much load a joint has to carry. You'd see patients in rehabilitation and in preventive care.
a good share of what walks in is foot and ankle. You'd share those patients with us instead of receiving them as a referral weeks later.
spinal care that sits inside a plan, alongside exercise and manual therapy, not as a standalone visit.
soft tissue work that follows the physiotherapist's findings, for sports and persistent pain patients in particular.

the first voice most people hear when they're in pain and unsure who to call. It isn't a filler role, and we don't treat it as one.
If nothing is advertised the day you read this, register your interest anyway. We'd rather hear from the right person early than post a role and hope.
Honesty over comfort, real assessment over routine protocol, and a plan built around what the patient is trying to get back to. If something is likely to take time, they get told that plainly. If a treatment doesn't have the evidence behind it to justify using it, they hear that too.
That applies to every person treating a patient here, and it doesn't flex for a busy day. If you've ever been told to keep a plan vague because the honest version might cost a booking, this isn't that.
One-on-one appointments, with enough time to assess properly before anything gets treated. The caseload is mixed: sports, post-surgical, neurological, and a real volume of NDIS and WorkCover and CTP work, as a registered NDIS provider and an accredited SIRA provider.
We work out of four clinics (Engadine in the Sutherland Shire, Mount Annan and Narellan in Macarthur, and Appin in Wollondilly), plus mobile and telehealth care reaching South-West Sydney, Macarthur, Wollondilly, the Sutherland Shire and Western Sydney. Where you'd be based is something we'd work out with you, not assign.
We're not going to describe a career ladder we haven't built yet. What we can say: the practice is growing, the people who join while it's growing get a real say in how it runs, and you'd be working alongside Ahmed Elsayed, whose 18+ years span Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Australia across sports, post-surgical, neurological, NDIS, WorkCover and CTP care.
We exist because pain quietly steals people's lives, and we refuse to let that be the end of the story. If that reads as a slogan to you, this probably isn't the right fit. If it reads as a description of patients you've already met, it is.
Tell us who you are, what you're registered or qualified in, and the kind of work you're after. If there's a fit now, we'll tell you. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too rather than leave you wondering.
