Reviews
If you're weighing up whether to book with us, the rating is usually the first thing you want to see. Ours sits on Google, on a platform we don't control. It isn't a handful of quotes we've chosen and pasted onto our own website.
Our Google rating
Every review left for our Engadine, Mount Annan, Narellan and Appin clinics and our mobile and emergency service is below, newest first. Each card shows the rating; tap it to read the review on Google.

Why there are no patient stories on this page
As a registered health practice, we're not permitted to publish patient testimonials about treatment in our own advertising. That's Australian health-practitioner advertising law, and it applies to every physiotherapist in the country, whether or not they follow it.
An overall star rating is a statistic, so we can show you that. Someone's story about their knee is a testimonial, so we can't: not on our website, not on our social media, not in print. We also can't pick out the flattering ones or reply to a review here.
What we can do is send you to Google and let you read all of them, good and bad, in whatever order Google decides to show them.
Where the rating comes from
Each clinic has its own Google listing, and our mobile and emergency service has one as well. Appin is new and has no reviews yet. The cards above cover every review across them.
Those listings are live, so new reviews land there before they appear here. If what you see on Google doesn't match what you see on this page, Google is the one to trust.
Other things you can check
A rating tells you how people found us. It doesn't tell you whether we can take you on, so these are worth knowing too:
- We're a registered NDIS provider, so we can work with participants across self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed plans.
- We're SIRA approved, which means we can treat you under a NSW workers compensation or CTP claim.
- Our principal physiotherapist's registration and background are set out in full on our About page, including who you'd be seeing.
If something wasn't right
If your appointment didn't go the way you hoped, we'd rather hear it from you than read it later. Get in touch and it comes straight to us.
