We bring mobile physiotherapy to Camden, Camden South and Elderslie, working in your lounge room, your back yard, your workplace or at your local oval, with the same structured, root-cause approach we use in our Mount Annan and Narellan clinics just up the road. Two nearby clinics, one mobile team. Not a third branch pretending to be local.

Camden Council describes Camden as the fastest-growing local government area in New South Wales 1: 78,218 residents in 2016, 119,325 by the 2021 Census, about 41,000 more people in five years 8,9. Much of that growth is young families in new estates, and much of it is people who moved out here for the space and now find a round trip to a clinic is the thing standing between them and finishing their rehab. So we do the travelling instead.

Home visits here cover post-surgical rehabilitation, sports and musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, paediatric sessions, and aged or complex care. You can see the full picture of how a visit runs on our mobile physiotherapy page. The practical advantage of treating you at home is that we get to see the stairs you're struggling with, the chair you sit in all day, and the doorway you have to get a walker through, which tends to make the plan we build with you a lot more useful than one designed in a treatment room.

Not every injury out here looks suburban, either. The Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park (200 acres in the Cobbitty district) runs eventing, cross-country, campdraft, polocrosse, dressage, show jumping and pony club 2. Falls, fractures and soft-tissue trauma from horse sport are part of the local picture, alongside the usual weekend rugby league, netball and cricket injuries. It's a mix you don't get in Liverpool or Campbelltown, and it's worth a physio who recognises it.

Areas We Cover

Camden, Camden South and Elderslie.

If you're in Oran Park, that suburb now has its own coverage page with detail specific to it. For everywhere else we reach across South-West Sydney and the Macarthur region, see the full service areas list.

Two practical notes about this pocket.

The first is water. Elderslie sits between the Nepean River to the west and Narellan Creek to the north, and Camden Council's floodplain study is direct about it: when the Nepean breaks its banks, it inundates low-lying areas of Camden South, Camden and Elderslie 3. This isn't a routine problem and it doesn't stop us coming. But after sustained heavy rain we'll ring ahead rather than turn up to a street that's cut: a phone call beats a missed appointment.

The second is what happens after hours. Camden Hospital runs a 24-hour emergency department, though it's a small one: eight beds, around 36 presentations a day, and self-presenting only, with no ambulance attendances 4. For anything serious, an emergency department is still the right call, and we'd tell you so. But for the in-between problems (a back that's seized overnight, a post-operative setback at nine on a Sunday evening), our 24/7 emergency mobile physiotherapy service covers this area.

NDIS & WorkCover Support

Well Motion is a registered NDIS provider (4-KPN4WRT). That's a business-wide registration rather than a Camden-specific one, and it means we can work with plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed participants across Camden, Camden South and Elderslie. Sessions run wherever they're most useful to you (at home, at school, or alongside a day program), and we handle the provider paperwork so your support coordinator doesn't have to chase it. There's more detail on how we work with plans on our NDIS physiotherapy page.

If you're still working out what your plan can fund, you don't have to work it out alone. Camden sits inside the South West Sydney Local Area Coordination partnership, delivered by Settlement Services International on behalf of the NDIA for participants aged 9 to 64 5,6. Their line is 1800 960 975, and a Local Area Coordinator can talk through what your plan covers before you commit to anything with us.

For a workplace injury, Ahmed Elsayed holds SIRA approval number 22498 for the NSW workers compensation scheme. That approval belongs to him as an individual practitioner, not to the clinic, and you don't have to take our word for it. SIRA runs a public register where any approved allied health practitioner can be looked up by name, location, postcode or registration number 7. Look him up before you book if you'd like to. How the claims side works, including what happens before an insurer approves treatment, is set out on our WorkCover & CTP physiotherapy page.

FAQs

How much is physio at home?

A home visit is priced differently to a clinic appointment, because the travel sits on top of the treatment hour rather than inside it. The price of a mobile visit depends on your location and when the visit happens: during business hours, on a weekend or on a public holiday. For NDIS participants, sessions are priced within the NDIS pricing guidelines, and a travel fee and travel time also apply. If your sessions are funded through NDIS or an accepted workers compensation claim, you generally won't be paying out of pocket at all. Call us on the contact page and we'll give you the exact figure for your address and your funding situation before you book anything.

What conditions does mobile physio treat?

Broadly the same range we'd treat in a clinic: post-surgical rehabilitation, sports and musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, paediatric development, and aged or complex care. What changes is the setting, not the standard of the assessment. The mobile physiotherapy page walks through each of those in more detail.

Will NDIS pay for physio?

Physiotherapy can be funded under an NDIS plan, but it isn't automatic: it depends on your plan's goals and the supports written into it. The fastest way to find out is to ask your plan manager, support coordinator, or the Local Area Coordinator covering Camden on 1800 960 975 5,6. We're happy to have that conversation with you first, at no cost, before anyone commits to a session.

Do I need a referral, or should I see a GP first?

For a private appointment with us, you don't need a referral; you can book straight in. A GP visit is still worth it if something feels wrong beyond the muscle or joint itself, or if you're not sure what you're dealing with. The exception is funded care: WorkCover claims, NDIS plan-funded sessions and GP-arranged Medicare pathways each come with their own paperwork, and we'll walk you through whichever one applies to you.
