If we've treated you, at one of our clinics or out on the road, what you thought of it is worth more to the next person weighing up an appointment than anything we could write about ourselves.
There's no form to fill in here. The links below open Google's own review page for the clinic you went to.
Leave a review on Google
Pick where you were seen:

Our mobile and emergency service
You'll need a Google account. What you write publishes straight to Google: we don't see it first, we can't edit it, and we can't take it down.
Write whatever you actually thought. We're not asking you to mention anything in particular, and we don't offer discounts, free sessions or anything else in return for a review. Google's own rules prohibit that 3, and a review someone was paid for is worth nothing to the person reading it.
If you'd rather not post publicly
Plenty of people would rather just tell us, and that's an equally good option:
- Get in touch and it comes straight to the practice.
- If something went wrong and you'd like it handled formally, our complaints policy sets out how we deal with it and who to contact.
You don't have to pick one. Both are offered to everyone, and there's no filter here deciding which of them you're shown.
What happens to what you write
Once your review is on Google, it stays on Google, and it stays yours.
Australian health-practitioner advertising law doesn't stop you writing about your treatment: patients are explicitly free to post reviews. What it stops is us reusing what you wrote as advertising on our own website or social media 1. So we can't quote you here, we can't pick out the flattering ones, and we don't reply to reviews on third-party sites 2.
What we can show is the overall star rating, because a rating is a statistic rather than a story about someone's treatment. That's on our reviews page.
