Sometimes you need an answer before you need an appointment. Whether a physio is the right person to see at all, whether your plan will cover it, whether we can get out to your suburb, those are easier to settle in a two-minute conversation than by guessing your way through a booking form.

So this page is the direct line. If you already know what you want and just need a time, book an appointment instead; that takes about a minute, and you won't need us to answer anything first.

Call us

(02) 8111 5633

One number for all four clinics. Reception will either answer your question on the spot or put it in front of a physiotherapist and call you back; you don't need to work out which clinic you're supposed to be ringing.

Hours are different at each clinic, so the current times for the one you're asking about are listed on our clinic locations page.

If you're referring a patient

GPs, specialists, support coordinators and insurers: you don't need to ring ahead for a form. Make a referral covers medical and allied health referrals, and the NDIS referral form handles plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed participants. If you'd rather talk something through first, the number above reaches us the same way it reaches everyone else.

If it's after hours

Our 24/7 mobile and after-hours physiotherapy service operates outside normal clinic hours. If someone is seriously unwell or badly injured, call 000; we're a physiotherapy service, not an emergency department.

Already asked and answered

A lot of what we get asked (what to wear, what happens at a first appointment, what you can claim) is already answered on our FAQs page. Worth a look before you ring. If yours isn't there, we'd genuinely like to know about it.

If something hasn't gone well

Tell us. Concerns and complaints are handled the way we've set out in our Complaints Policy, and raising one doesn't change the care you get. We'd much rather hear it from you directly than not hear it at all.
