Mobile Physiotherapy Campbelltown

You've been managing a knee that gives way since a Saturday game at Townson Oval. Or your mum in Woodbine can't safely get herself to an appointment any more, and the trip has become the reason she's stopped going. Either way, the treatment isn't the hard part; getting there is.

Well Motion brings physiotherapy to you across Campbelltown, covering Rosemeadow, Minto, Woodbine and Kearns. We come to your home, your workplace, or the ground you train on. It's the same assessment, the same structured plan and the same root-cause approach we'd use in a treatment room; we just do it in your lounge room, and we keep working with you until you're back to what you'd rather be doing.

Why home visits genuinely suit this part of Sydney

There's a plain, practical reason mobile physiotherapy works well here: these are detached-house suburbs. Woodbine is 93.8% separate houses 3 and Rosemeadow 84.3% 2, with Minto and Kearns close behind. That means driveways, front doors and floor space to work in, rather than the lifts and security doors that make home visits awkward in unit-dense Sydney. It also means we can assess you where the problem shows up: your own stairs, your own bed height, your own back step.

We're not seeing one type of patient here

Campbelltown isn't a single-life-stage market, and this page isn't written as though it is. Rosemeadow skews young-family (close to a quarter of residents are under 15 2), which shows up as junior sport: rugby league through the Minto Cobras at Townson Oval, football at Kooringa Reserve, netball through the district association at Minto. That's ACLs, hamstrings, shoulders, and growth-related overuse in kids who've grown four centimetres over a winter.

Woodbine reads differently. Around one in six residents there is 65 or over 3, and Kearns has the largest 45-to-64 group of the four, settled, ageing-in-place households rather than a growth corridor. That's falls risk, post-surgical recovery, and balance work that's far more useful done in the home where the falls would happen.

Areas We Cover

Rosemeadow, Minto, Woodbine and Kearns, plus Campbelltown itself. If you're in a neighbouring suburb (Ambarvale, Bradbury, Eagle Vale, Raby, Eschol Park, St Andrews or Glen Alpine), check our service areas page; several nearby suburbs have their own dedicated coverage page.

To be straight with you about one thing: Well Motion has no clinic, reception or shopfront in Rosemeadow, Minto, Woodbine or Kearns; there's nowhere to drop in. Everything we do in these four suburbs is mobile. Our nearest physical clinic is at Mount Annan, in the same Macarthur region, if you'd prefer a clinic-based appointment.

If something has happened outside ordinary hours and can't wait until Monday, our 24/7 emergency mobile physiotherapy service covers this area too.

NDIS & WorkCover Support

Campbelltown is one of our most active NDIS areas, and that isn't just our impression of our own books. Campbelltown LGA has an NDIS participation rate of roughly 1 in 30 residents (3.3%), against a Sydney-wide average of about 1 in 50 1. In Bradbury-Wedderburn, which adjoins Rosemeadow, it approaches 1 in 25 1. More people here are living with disability supports than in most of Sydney, and for many of them, travelling to a clinic is the barrier, not the physiotherapy.

Well Motion is a registered NDIS provider (4-KPN4WRT). We work with participants and support coordinators across Rosemeadow, Minto, Woodbine and Kearns, whether your plan is plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed, and we handle the paperwork. There's more on how we structure sessions on our NDIS physiotherapy page.

What it costs under a plan, in plain terms

The NDIS sets a price limit for physiotherapy 4. That's a ceiling, not a Well Motion price list; no registered provider can charge a participant above it.

Because we come to you, travel matters too, and it's worth understanding up front. In metropolitan Sydney, a therapist can claim up to 30 minutes of travel to you and 30 minutes back, and travel time and therapy time have to appear as separate lines on your invoice 5. So you should always be able to see what you paid for treatment and what you paid for the drive. If your invoice doesn't show that split, ask for it.

If you're new to the scheme or working out how to change providers, your Local Area Coordinator is the right first call. In Campbelltown 2560, that's Settlement Services International or EACH 6.

WorkCover

If you were hurt at work, Ahmed Elsayed's SIRA approval (22498) covers direct WorkCover claims, no separate referral needed to get started. That matters in an area with this much trades and transport work: the injuries we see most here are lower back, shoulder and neck strain from lifting, repetitive loading, and long hours behind the wheel. We can treat you at home or at the worksite, and work to what your recovery-at-work plan requires.

FAQs

How much is physio at home?

It depends on how you're funded. If you're an NDIS participant, physiotherapy is capped at the NDIS price limit 4, plus separately itemised travel of up to 30 minutes each way in metropolitan Sydney 5. If you're claiming through WorkCover, the insurer is billed directly and you generally shouldn't be out of pocket for approved treatment. For private and health-fund appointments, get in touch and we'll give you the exact figure before we book anything, no surprises at the door.

Can I get 5 free physiotherapy visits from Medicare?

Medicare doesn't subsidise physiotherapy for everyone. There is a chronic-disease referral pathway where your GP can refer you for a set number of subsidised allied health visits in a calendar year, but your eligibility, the number of visits and any gap you'd pay are all determined through that referral, not by us. Your GP is the right first stop. If you're funded through the NDIS or WorkCover instead, Medicare doesn't come into it at all.

Do you need a referral for NDIS physiotherapy in Campbelltown?

No. If you're plan-managed or self-managed, you can engage us directly, no GP referral required. If you're NDIA-managed, you need a registered provider, which we are (4-KPN4WRT), so we can still see you. Bring your plan or your plan manager's details to the first session and we'll sort the rest out from there.
