Terms of Use
These terms cover how you use the Well Motion website. They're worth two minutes before you book with us, send us an enquiry, or act on something you've read here.
This site is run by Well Motion PTY LTD, trading as Well Motion Physiotherapy & Allied Health (ABN 74 679 726 222). Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", that's who they mean. "You" means anyone using the site.
Using the site means you accept what's set out below. If there's something here you're not comfortable with, the honest answer is not to use the site. Call or message us and we'll help you directly instead.

What this website is for
The site does three things. It explains what we treat and how we treat it, it lets you request an appointment, and it tells you where our clinics are and how to reach us.
It isn't a substitute for seeing a physiotherapist. We write our condition and service pages to be genuinely useful (plain explanations of what's likely going on and what treatment usually involves), but general information written for everyone can't account for your history, your goals, or what's actually happening in your body.
The information here isn't personal medical advice
Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or clinical advice for your situation. Reading a page about knee pain doesn't create a practitioner-patient relationship between you and Well Motion. That starts at your assessment, with a physiotherapist who has examined you.
So please don't delay getting assessed because something you read here sounded reassuring, and don't start, stop or change any treatment on the strength of a web page.
If you're in severe pain or you've had an injury, call us on (02) 8111 5633, at any hour. For chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke or anything life threatening, call 000.
We keep our clinical content current and we reference real sources wherever we make a factual claim. We can't promise that every page reflects the very latest evidence on the day you happen to read it.
Booking an appointment through this site
When you request an appointment online, you're making a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed when we confirm it with you.
Please give us accurate details, including for the person actually attending if you're booking on someone else's behalf. Getting a name, a date of birth or a funding type wrong can delay an appointment or affect what can be claimed.
If you need to change or cancel, let us know as early as you can. Late changes leave an appointment slot that someone else on the waitlist could have used.
Cancellation and billing terms for NDIS-funded supports work differently and are set out separately: see NDIS Terms of Service.
Enquiries and the information you send us
When you send us an enquiry through this site, we handle your details as set out in our Privacy Policy. Please read it. It covers health information specifically, which is treated more carefully than ordinary contact details.
Keep detailed medical information out of web forms and emails. We'll take your history properly at your assessment, where it's recorded and protected the way health information should be.
Don't use the site or its forms to send anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading, and don't attempt to interfere with the site, access it in an automated or bulk way, or gain access to areas of it that aren't public.
If you're an NDIS participant
Additional terms apply to NDIS-funded physiotherapy, including how services are agreed, how cancellations work, and how invoicing differs depending on whether your plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Those terms sit on their own page: NDIS Terms of Service. Where the two pages differ on anything NDIS-specific, the NDIS Terms of Service page applies.
Reviews, feedback and anything you send us
We don't publish patient reviews, treatment stories or testimonials about clinical care on this website. That isn't modesty; it's a legal requirement. Australian law prohibits registered health practitioners from using testimonials about clinical care in their advertising, and that applies to everything we control, including this site.
So please don't send us a testimonial expecting to see it published here, and don't submit one through any form on this site. If you'd like to share your experience publicly, our Google Business Profile is the right place for it: that's an independent platform, not our advertising.
If you send us general feedback or a suggestion about the site or our service, we may use it to improve what we do without owing you anything for it, and without it being treated as confidential. If you have a concern about your care or about how you were treated, that's not feedback and we don't want it handled as such: see Complaints Policy.
Our content, and what you can do with it
The text, layout, images, video and design on this site belong to Well Motion, or are used with permission. The Well Motion name and logo are our trade marks. Some material on the site is used under licence from third parties and remains theirs.
You're welcome to read our content, print a page for your own use, and share links to it. What you can't do is republish, copy at scale, or adapt our content for your own commercial use, or present any of it as your own work, without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We link out to places worth reading: government health services, research databases, professional bodies, and funding organisations like the NDIS. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information. A link isn't an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
When the site isn't available
We do our best to keep the site up and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, update or remove pages without notice, including because clinical guidance has moved on and a page needs rewriting.
If the site is down and you need us, call (02) 8111 5633.
Where our responsibility sits
We take real care with what we publish here. Even so, you use the information on this site at your own discretion, and we're not responsible for loss or harm arising from relying on general information rather than getting assessed.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't legally be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying to have it resupplied.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, if our services change, if the site changes, or if the law does. The current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top. If you keep using the site after we've updated them, that's taken as accepting the updated terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree that the courts of New South Wales can hear any dispute about them.
Questions about these terms
If anything here is unclear, ask us; that's easier than guessing.
Call (02) 8111 5633 or reach us through our contact page. If your question is about how we handle your information, our Privacy Policy covers it in more detail. If you're an NDIS participant, start with the NDIS Terms of Service.
