Both respond well to physiotherapy, and both are treated quite differently, so the useful first step is working out which one you're dealing with. Pick whichever of the two below sounds most like what you've been feeling.
If dizziness arrives suddenly and severely alongside slurred speech, a drooping face, weakness in an arm or leg, or a change in your vision, treat it as an emergency and call 000. That combination needs a hospital, not a physiotherapist.
